Our easy 5 step procedure for YOUR success!
Total time from start to finish can be as short as three weeks!

Celeb Path is the web marketing track we use for our celebrity clients
and will get you moving toward becoming a celeb in your field!

1. PHONE CONSULTATION (15 minutes to 1hr)
   Because we are web marketing track strategy consultants, our product is our consulting. Therefore the first step we take with our clients is a teleconference consultation in which we discuss your broadcast campaign and the contents of your 1 minute video or commercial.
2. NOTES AND BILLING (24 to 48hrs)
   We then email you detailed notes on our phone session together with the proposal for creation of the 1 minute promotional spot as well as package pricing for the proposal (with discounts if they apply). You then approve the plan we have developed for you by emailing us back a confirmation at which point billing occurs in full. Payment options may includes checks, paycheck deductions, money orders, Paypal credit card payment request or ecommerce shopping cart. Your plan may involve several strategy components in addition to the promo. You will be furnished with a full list of materials we need from you that could include cell phone videos, digital stills, television tapes, press articles, online locations and shooting/recording appointments to be done at our studio.
3. GATHERING MEDIA ELEMENTS (1 week or more)
   Once your payment is received you have activated the gathering procedure during which our team begins to collect all your media elements for your broadcast campaign commercial. This process takes as long or short a time as necessary and is much dependent on your organization and follow through. We generally try to take no longer than a week for this phase but it is entirely up to you.
4. WORK IN PROGRESS PHASE (2 weeks or more)
   At the stage that all your elements have been gathered and you confirm your approval by email - our team starts what we call the "work in progress" phase, which means we begin to put together your 1 minute commercial. You pay only for our consulting services which means that you are not charged for the making of your commercial. This procedure generally takes no longer than three weeks, during which time you have the option to create the promo on your own, Though we offer making it for you for free because we feel it is a necessary part of the overall consultation strategy we design for you.
5. FINAL APPROVAL AND BROADCASTING (a few days or more)
   When the work in progress phase has been completed and a rough of your commercial now exists, we bring you in to approve it. This may be the first time we see you in person in our studio (unless of course you came in earlier to have us shoot or record something for you). We then set a date for emailing to your clients - the email content which you also must approve. It is at this point you sign off on the project in writing and we subsequently launch your broadcast campaign.
